We are looking for a talented, motivated, and entrepreneurial Customer Success Representative who will be doing things no one has ever done before and strives for the ultimate experience of helping customers to succeed, and as a result, helping patients around the world.
Your tasks include project management, assessments, market research and presenting concepts and our solution to existing and new customers. Thus, creative problem solving is a must and a make-it-happen mentality a definitive requirement.
Your main accountabilities are
- Coordinate, support and lead customer project activities and tasks, both remotely and onsite
- Conduct market research and assessments, create product and project presentations, analyse commercial healthcare models and agreements to maximise customer success and value
- Improve Lyfegen’s customer relationships, including making projects and continuous support more scalable, time and resource-efficient, and customer-centric
- Contribute to Lyfegen’s product development roadmap
Who you are
Minimum Qualifications:
- BS/BA Degree or equivalent in relevant work experience
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills
- High degree of empathy, flexibility and proactivity
- Strong prioritisation and self-organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple high-profile relationships in a fast-paced environment
- Hungry to learn, develop, contribute, and take responsibility
- Fluent in English – any other language is an advantage (e.g. Spanish, German,Portuguese, French)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience and knowledge of Healthcare/Life Sciences industry
- Background in either health economics, health policy or data science/analytics is an asset
