We’re looking for a Finance & Operations Specialist to play a key role in shaping our solutions. In this role, you will work closely with the CFO, external accounting partners, and operational stakeholders to drive reporting and support the growing (international) operational needs.

Your main responsibilities:  

  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and transparency.
  • Assist in investor reporting and financial presentations for stakeholders.
  • Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, receivable, and payroll.
  • Administer and process sales commission calculations, ensuring accurate and timely payments based on agreed structures.
  • Manage expense tracking and approval processes, ensuring efficient cost control.
  • Work with our Customer Success team on the financial part of our Rebate Management as Service
  • Work closely with external accountants and auditors to ensure compliance with local tax and financial regulations.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams across Customer Success, HR, Procurement, and Leadership to streamline processes and enable growth.

Who you are:

  • 2-5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or operations, preferably in a scale-up international environment.
  • Strong understanding of financial statements, cash flow management, budget planning, and sales commissions.
  • Excellent skills in Excel, including advanced functions (e.g., VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, PivotTables, Power Query, Macros, and complex financial modeling).
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced, international setting.
  • Great time management and prioritization skills.
  • Exceptionally detail-oriented, with a strong ability to spot inconsistencies, ensure accuracy, and maintain high standards in financial and operational processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a process-oriented mindset.
  • Knowledge of international accounting and tax regulations is a plus.  
  • Fluent in English
