We are looking for a motivated and entrepreneurial Sales and BD Representative in Canada. Your responsibility is to acquire new customers as well as manage existing ones in Canada. We are doing things nobody has done before! Thus, creative problem solving is a must and a get-things-done mentality a definitive requirement.
Your main responsibilities
- Spearhead the customer growth of the Lyfegen Software Platform and be a part of the future of sustainable healthcare
- Strategically convert leads into sales opportunities by setting meetings through phone calls, emails, social media outreach, and other communication methods
- Organize and prioritize prospects based on customer needs to go beyond transactional sales to become a true strategic partner
- Document, benchmark, and track interactions with prospective customers in our CRM tool
- Align the sales process to the customer’s buying process from prospection to close
- Communicate with clarity, purpose, and emotion to build a genuine connection with prospects and customers
- Advocate for customers to ensure that they have everything they need to succeed
Who you are
- 3-5 years experience in sales, prospecting & lead generation with an early-stage software product
- Strong & empathetic listening, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Self-guided and driven
- High emotional intelligence – you understand what motivates people
- Fluent spoken and written in English, French is a plus
- Previous experience in health insurances, hospitals and/or pharmaceutical industry is preferred
